All lentil shipments pass through pre-cleaning, gravity separation, and high-resolution cameras to eliminate foreign seeds and dirt, reaching up to 99.7% purity.

Kabuli chickpeas are large, cream-colored seeds with a thin skin and delicious texture, heavily utilized in hummus processing, salad bars, and international snacks. Saskatchewan produces excellent Kabuli chickpeas with high carbohydrate and protein stability.
NLI grades chickpeas using mechanical sieves to sort them into exact millimeter sizes, allowing food processors to receive highly calibrated raw materials for canning and packaging operations.
